Jurisdictional Analysis
Reach new clients and simplify how you get paid.
Why form a U.S. company?
A U.S. entity can give remote, service-based businesses access to clients in the United States, Canada and Europe. It also lets you accept card payments through U.S. payment processors. If your business has no physical operations in the U.S., you may not owe U.S. federal income tax. Annual filing requirements still apply, and our tax partners can confirm what applies to you.
Can I open U.S. bank accounts and get credit cards?
Yes, in many cases. Your U.S. LLC can open business bank accounts using its EIN, usually without an SSN or ITIN. If you qualify for an ITIN, it can also help you apply for U.S. credit cards and build a U.S. credit history. We help you assess whether an ITIN would benefit you, and our accounting partners support the application.
Which jurisdiction is right for my business?
It depends on where your clients are, how you operate and what you plan next. We compare the options so you can make an informed choice.
Who do you work with?
Mainly Latin American entrepreneurs and owners of online service businesses. We also support U.S. and Canadian companies exploring opportunities in South America.
Do you provide legal or tax advice?
VCG focuses on business consulting. For legal and tax matters, we connect you with trusted partner firms in the United States, Bolivia, Chile, Peru and Paraguay, who handle that work for you, so everything is covered in one place.
What does it cost?
We charge service fees, but for startups with limited capital we also work in exchange for equity, services or referrals. Every arrangement is agreed case by case.
