Digital Marketing & Video Content Intern
Remote / La Paz, Bolivia · 3 months · 15–20 hours/week · Stipend + commission · Start: as soon as possible
About the role
You’ll create short videos and social media content that explain how Latin American entrepreneurs can form a U.S. company, get an ITIN, open U.S. bank accounts and get paid internationally. You’ll work directly with our founder, using our free guides as the starting point for your content.
What you’ll do
- Script, film and edit short videos (TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts) based on our free guides, in English and Spanish
- Turn guides into LinkedIn posts and carousels
- Help manage and grow VCG’s social media accounts
- Track which content performs best and suggest new ideas
- Support small marketing projects, such as website updates, newsletters and events
What we’re looking for
- Student or recent graduate in communication, marketing, design, business or a related field
- Experience creating short-form video, and comfortable with tools like CapCut, Canva or Premiere
- English: intermediate or higher. Spanish: native or fluent
- Creative, organized and reliable when working remotely
- Interest in entrepreneurship or international business is a plus

Sales & Business Development Associate (Commission-Based)

About the role
You’ll be the first person potential clients speak with at VCG. You’ll take initial calls with entrepreneurs, understand what their business needs, and show them how VCG and our partners can help them form a U.S. company, open bank accounts, get paid internationally and launch online. You earn commission on every client you help close.
What you’ll do
- Handle initial calls with entrepreneurs who book a consultation or contact us
- Understand each prospect’s business and explain how our services fit: U.S. company formation, ITIN assessment, banking and payments
- Present our partner offers, including a free website through our web partner and legal and accounting services through our partner firms in the U.S., Bolivia, Chile, Peru and Paraguay
- Follow up with leads and keep our client pipeline organized
- Work with our founder to close deals and onboard new clients
- Find new leads through your network, LinkedIn and events
- Between calls, help shape our marketing strategy and content: social posts, short videos and campaign ideas
What we’re looking for
- Experience in sales, customer service or business development, or a strong drive to learn
- Confident and friendly on calls and video meetings
- Spanish: native or fluent. English: intermediate or higher
- Organized and self-motivated when working independently
- Interest in marketing, entrepreneurship or international business is a plus

Research & Executive Assistant

About the role
You’ll work directly with our founder, splitting your time between research and keeping the business running smoothly. You’ll research the rules, banks and markets our clients need to understand, turn your findings into clear summaries, and help manage schedules, documents and deadlines.
What you’ll do
- Research: U.S. states, banks and payment platforms, plus business and tax rules in Bolivia, Chile, Peru and Paraguay
- Market research for clients exploring opportunities in South America
- Prepare clear briefs, comparisons and reports
- Support the research behind our free guides and keep them up to date
- Executive support: manage the calendar, schedule consultations and keep the inbox organized
- Prepare client document checklists and track deadlines, such as annual filings and state reports
- Coordinate with our partner firms and follow up on open items
What we’re looking for
- Student or graduate in business, economics, law, international relations or a related field
- Strong research and writing skills, with an eye for detail
- English: upper-intermediate or higher (you’ll read a lot of English sources). Spanish: native or fluent
- Very organized and reliable, comfortable with Google Workspace or Microsoft Office
- Discreet with confidential client information
