This Privacy Policy explains how VCG (Veliz Consulting Group) (“VCG”, “we”, “us”) collects and uses personal information when you visit vcgconsultingco.com or contact us. We keep it simple: we only collect what we need to answer you and provide our services, and we never sell your data.

1. Who we are

VCG is an international business consulting firm based in La Paz, Bolivia (Av. Ballivián entre calles 11 y 12, Ed. El Dorial 555, Piso 19). You can contact us about privacy at advisory@vcgconsultingco.com.

2. What we collect

Contact form: your name, email address and the message you send us.
Consultation bookings: when you book a call through our scheduling page (cal.com), we receive your name, email and any details you choose to share.
Emails and calls: information you share with us while we discuss your business.
Client information: if you become a client, the business and identity documents needed to provide our services (for example, to form a company or prepare applications).
Technical data: like most websites, our hosting provider automatically records basic technical information such as IP address, browser type and pages visited, for security and to keep the site running.

3. How we use it

To answer your questions and schedule consultations.
To provide the services you request.
To keep our website secure and working properly.
To meet legal and accounting obligations.

We don’t use your information for advertising, and we don’t send marketing emails unless you’ve asked to receive them.

4. Who we share it with

Partner firms: when you need legal, tax or accounting services, we share your information with one of our partner firms (for example, James Baker, CPA in the United States) only with your permission and only what they need to help you.
Service providers that help us run the website and our work: our hosting provider (IONOS), email, and our scheduling tool (cal.com). They may only use your data to provide their services to us.
Authorities, when the law requires it.

We never sell or rent your personal information.

5. Cookies and third-party content

Our website uses a small number of cookies needed for it to work, and shows a cookie banner where you can choose which optional cookies to accept. Our Contact page includes an embedded Google Map, and our booking links take you to cal.com. These services have their own privacy policies and may set their own cookies when you use them.

6. How long we keep it

We keep contact messages and consultation records for as long as needed to respond and follow up, and client records for as long as required for legal and accounting purposes. After that, we delete them.

7. Your rights

You can ask us at any time to see the personal information we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or stop using it. Just email advisory@vcgconsultingco.com. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under local law.

8. International transfers

We work with clients and partners in several countries, including Bolivia, Chile, Peru, Paraguay and the United States, so your information may be handled in more than one country. We only share it as described in this policy.

9. Security

We take reasonable steps to protect your information, including a secure (HTTPS) website and limiting access to client documents. No system is perfectly secure, so please avoid sending sensitive documents such as passports through the contact form. We’ll tell you how to share them safely.

10. Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
